Island Blue tells the magical adventure of Valentine, a 9-year-old boy whose mother, injured in a car crash, hovers between life and death. The trauma of the accident has revealed Valentine\u2019s ability to talk the language of the animals. Evading his wicked aunt Lavinia, Valentine escapes to a secret island where the animals promise to help him devise a cure.\u00a0They only need one last secret ingredient from the North Pole, which will turn the potion an unearthly blue.
