There has been a flurry of articles in the British press following the European premiere of Forgotten Man, produced by 198 Films’s Anna Jancs\u00f3.<\/p>\n

The film is the first feature by Canadian director Arran Shearing, and paints the portrait of social and class division in contemporary London through the tale of a homeless actor, who falls for a wealthy girl.<\/p>\n

Jerry Hall, who has a part in the film, was accompanied to the East End Film Festival Premiere by her husband Rupert Murdoch, to the shock and surprise of the festival and the filmmakers. Murdoch was greeted with what the Guardian’s Marina Hyde calls a “good old-fashioned East End welcome”.<\/span><\/p>\n
